Two things so far: Reception, a WhatsApp assistant for hotels and clinics, and managed websites for local businesses and schools. We’re a product company, not an agency.
Jamir Labs is a sole proprietorship, based in Mokokchung, Nagaland, and in Delhi.
How it started.
Jamir Labs was started by a computer science graduate from Mokokchung, with a specialisation in AI, to build software for businesses at home.

In your name
Your domain, accounts and data are registered in your name, so they stay yours.
At cost
Domains, WhatsApp messaging fees and other third-party costs are passed on at cost, with no markup.
Ending a plan
Either side can end a website care plan with 30 days' notice, and unused whole months are refunded. Reception, once it is offered, can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the month already paid for.
Two working days
On the care plan, small changes are done within two working days.

We meet clients in person in Dimapur, Kohima and Mokokchung.
